The Two Ten Foundation announced that Amazon Fashion is made the new title sponsor for the month of April 2014 - the second Annual Footwear Cares.
During this inaugural year, the Two Ten’s Footwear Cares program brought together 68 different footwear companies from across the world and over 3,000 footwear volunteers as the industry-wide community service program to aid local charities in families and communities.
Amazon Fashion is extremely happy and proud to support the Two Ten Footwear Foundation and the Footwear Cares Initiative, as this program will further help the required resources to make a national and long-lasting impact in the communities they dwell in, said Stan Friedlander, GMM of Footwear, Amazon Fashion.
The President of the Two Ten Footwear Foundation – Neal Newman, is highly generous and excited about Amazon Fashion being so philanthropic in the growth process of Footwear Cares. They understand that it is not only about the shoes, but about all those people who need that extra help and support in the local communities.
In the current year, Amazon Fashion aims to have 100 footwear companies accompanied with over 5,000 footwear volunteers actively associated with different types of community service projects.
Two Ten partners with national, regional, and local charitable non-profits to cater them with volunteer opportunities in the footwear domain. These include environmental groups, food pantries, and school programs and community improvement programs.
