Lexus Qualifies for Australian Automotive Customer Satisfaction Award 2015

Lexus owners are the most content of any car brand in Australia, as stated by the results of a leading report into consumers’ satisfaction. Lexus this week achieved its second Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award, ranking first the market as it did in 2011 in the opening year of the awards.

The Japanese luxury brand led the 2014 consumer satisfaction tally, dominating the way for the first 10 months of the year, and losing out only in November and December when Renault achieved the top position. Customer satisfaction rating for Lexus in the Roy Morgan survey, never fall below 95% in the previous year, and topped at 98% in March.

The awards and ratings are based on the single source survey of the analysts that was accumulated from information from over 50,000 Australians over the previous 12 months. The survey covers new and used car procurement, with ownership lengths arraying from twelve months to more than ten years. The CEO of Lexus Australia, Mr. Sean Hanley stated the award was a reflection of the effort of the brand to supply quality products and consumer service.

He added further that with the enjoyment and excitement they have been inserting into their range consisting of their newly launched NX and RC lines. They trust that they will continue to satisfy a developing number of Australian consumers in the future. Lexus stood a runner-up to Volvo in the previous year’s awards, whereas Mercedes-Benz dominated the way in 2012.
