German based Innojet Herbet Huttlin Acquired by Romaco Group

One of the leading suppliers of processing and packaging equipments for pharmaceutical industry globally, Ramaco Group has announced that it has successfully acquired Innojet Herbert Huttlin, the German based company. The acquisition deal was signed by Dr. Herbert Huttlin and Romaco representative on 22nd December, 2014. However, the proceedings of the sale finally ended on February 12, 2015. Therefore, the owner managed firm Innojet located in German became a fully owned company functioning under the Romaco Group on February this year. The company is renamed as Romaco Innojet GmbH. The responsibility of the management of the company is slated to be shared by Carsten Strenger, COO/CFO, Romaco Group, Paulo Alexandre, CEO, Romaco Group and Dr. hc Herbert Huttlin, who will continue to extend his support to the Romaco Group both in administrative and consultative capacity. 

With the successful completion of this acquisition, Romaco Innojet Herbert Huttlin will enjoy monopoly in the supply of high-tech and advanced engineering solutions in the global market with a portfolio of product ranging the entire chain of process for manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical solids. Thus, Romaco is empowered to offer concepts integral across several technologies such as coating, tableting, granulation, and primary, secondary, and final packaging. On the event of the completion of the process of acquisition, Paulo Alexandre, Chief Executive Officer, Romaco Group emphasized that they are thankful to the innovative line of products such as Noack, Promatic, Innojet, Siebler, Kilian, and Macofar for being able to provide comprehensive solutions to customers which at present has no alternative in the market. 

Innojet Herbert Huttlin e.K was founded by Dr hc Herbert Huttlin in the year 1997. The company currently has fifty five staffs. Innojet accounted for sales worth eight million euros in the year 2014.
