The Chennai-based Flinto Learning was founded by Vijay Babu Gandhi, Arunprasad Durairaj, and Shreenidhi Srirangam in August 2013. The company offers learning kits for kids in the age group of 2 to 12 years, with distinguished activity-based content for each of the sub-groups. Durairaj, the co-founder and CEO of Flinto Learning Solutions, stated that in October 2017, the company distributed 40,000 Flintoboxes. “The company aims to create a trusted brand name in the early learning category and is executing it through a fun-play-based method of development for children,” added Durairaj. The company is offering multiple product lines - the Flintobox for individual consumers and the Flintoclass for schools and enterprises.
The subscription to the Flintoclass program is increasing day-by-day. Hitherto more than three hundred and fifty schools have subscribed to this program across twenty-five cities. Most of the capital generated in this funding round will be utilized on expanding the offerings in terms of content, followed by a more efficient marketing and sales effort.
