Under the influence of environmental pollution, severe waste of resources and other factors, biodegradable plastics industry has been a great concern over recent years. Global biodegradable plastics capacity in 2012 exceeded one million tons. However, affected by product performance, exorbitant prices, etc., the actual demand for biodegradable plastics around the world is only 760,000 tons or so, less than 1% of the overall plastics market demand, revealing a huge market space for biodegradable plastics industry. Currently, starch-based plastics, polylactic acid (PLA) and polybutylene succinate (PBS) plastics as the world’s three major types of biodegradable plastics occupy about 90% of the total capacity. The first developed starch-based biodegradable plastics...

Would heal or wound repair is the physiological process by which the body repairs organ tissue or skin after injury. The wound healing process is divided in to four sequential steps namely hemostasis, inflammatory, proliferative and remodeling. Hemostasis is the first step that begins immediately after injury followed by fibrin clot formation. Clot formation takes place within fraction of minutes to control the blood loss. Hence, disturbed wound healing process can be related with increased mortality rate.  The improved understanding of wound healing has resulted in the rapid...

By - Transparency Market Research
Diammonium hydrogen phosphate (DAP) is a type of water-soluble chemical salt that releases ammonia and phosphoric acid and thus acts as a source of nitrogen and phosphates. This ammonia and phosphate released on reaction with water can temporarily increase the pH and make the solution alkaline.  Due to this property and the release of nitrogen and phosphates, DAP finds utility in the fertilizers industry. These released chemicals are also the additives that provide necessary nutrients to yeast for its sustained fermentation. Therefore, DAP is also an important additive in the...
