    By - Transparency

Activated alumina is a desiccant to keep things dry by absorbing water from air. It manufactured from aluminium hydroxide. Aluminum hydroxide is dehydroxylated it in a manner that produces a highly porous material. It is also used as a filter for fluoride, arsenic and selenium in drinking water. It is also made of aluminum oxide. It has a very high surface-area-to-weight ratio, due to its porous structure. Activated alumina is used for a wide range of adsorbent and catalyst applications including the adsorption of catalysts in polyethylene production, in hydrogen peroxide...

  • Decentralized Electricity Generation Market - Global Industry Analysis, Market Size, Share, Growth, Trends And Forecast 2014 - 2020

    By - Transparency

Electricity is capable of being generated either centrally, or at different locations based on the requirement of the geographical location, demand or type of use. Most countries generate electricity in large centralized facilities, using fossil fuels, such as coal, gas, nuclear, large solar power plants or hydropower plants. These plants have excellent economies of scale, but usually transmit electricity over long distances and can negatively affect the environment. Distributed generation allows collection of energy from many sources and may give lower environmental impacts and improved...

    By - Transparency

Parenteral formulations are sterile liquid or solid dosages (powder) packaged in either single or multi dose containers. Intended for administration by injection or infusion, parenteral preparations provide maximum bioavailability and efficacy than the oral dosage forms. Largely, parenteral preparations are classified based on their volume into small and large volume parenteral formulations. Small volume parenteral preparations are 100 ml or less and can be prepared as single dose or multiple dose product. On the other hand, large volume parenteral (LVP) preparations are more than 100 ml...
