 As the intermediate link of copper industry chain, copper processing materials are widely used in electricity, electric, transportation, machinery manufacturing and other industries.   In recent years, with the rapid development of downstream industries, Chinas capacity, output and consumption of copper processing materials have all exceeded ten million tons mark, which makes it the worlds largest copper processing material producing and consuming country. In 2011 the output attained to 10.282 million tons, accounting for over 50% of the global total; the consumption reached 10.563 million tons.
