Cleveland Clinic and Lubrizol Corporations, recently announced that the companies will collaborate to identify and pace up the development of technologically advanced and innovative products to facilitate the operations of pharmaceuticals and medical devices industries.
Speaking about the partnership Robert Miller, the global business director for Lubrizol LifeScience, said on MD&M Show February 10th to 12, organized at the Anaheim Convention Center that enhanced insights and intensified relationships with clinical setting will give the companies opportunity to access doctors and clinicians who can help them tailor polymers and medical device apart from other solutions to meet the application need well.
The joint collaboration is hoping to be a bridge between the engineers and chemists who creates a range of materials with clinicians who can diligently identify the yet to meet clinical needs and seek the corresponding solutions.
Miller further added that over the years Cleveland Clinic has established itself as potent global leader for delivering high quality and top notch healthcare services and clinical care. The partnership between Lubrizol and Cleveland Clinic has promised to bring about certain path-breaking discoveries in the field of healthcare services. Milled said Lubrizol comes with an excellent record of success in medical life science field, and the company has previously partnered with Cleveland Clinic as well, on the most rewarding projects.
Miller sees a great potential in the Lubrizol and Cleveland collaboration. He mentioned in his speech that Lubrizol will bring its expertise in polymer and knowledge in chemistry along that is nurtured by the pioneers of the company and embedded in its culture. Cleveland Clinic on the other hand will bring the downstream knowledge that the company has so deeply embedded in their clinical practices. Hence he thinks, the partnership will reap remarkable consequences.
