The cider business is flowing at the Resurgence Brewing Company as it creates locally made craft beer and introduces it to the market.
Beginning 3rd October, customers will find new line of beverages on tap – combined cider ale that almost gives out a taste of a fresh apple fritter called as ‘All the Kings Men.’
It is in the blood of the Collins to create new line of beverages in the market, said Resurgence Brewing Company’s Head, Dave Collins when he met Cider Creek Hard Cider’s Head, Kevin Collins. Kevin and Dave became friends and created Buffalo’s first collaborative craft, cider ale.
The name Collins itself means juice makers. The brew is comprised of cinnamon, smoked apples, and malted barley, 100% New York State fermented cider, wheat, hops, and saison yeast.
Quality and craft is a must for the brewers who spend time in educating their consumers as to why their beers are so unique.
Resurgence has recently placed Cider Creek’s Premium Cider on tap and with the recent reviews – customers cannot get enough of this new line of beverage.
Collins understood the nature of their customers in the nation. Customers want local and high quality product and with Cider Creek the requirements have been met in the market. The local staff tasted their cider and gave an assurance that Collins missions were aligned to the market demands, said Dave Collins.
Buffalo has always been a special place for the Collins. Kevin and his wife grew up in Lancaster and later developed a great product for people who have love for Beer.
Cider Creek has successfully made its way into the Buffalo area. The company has now signed a deal with Manhattan Beer and has primarily been selling through this distributor since early May. Collins has given the official rights to Manhattan to sell beer in New York City and other parts of Canisteo, NY across Finger Lakes.
